We have a few more resources that have come to our attention. We’ve updated our online resource list as well which you can find here: https://bit.ly/2UZgHhM
While school facilities are closed and move to virtual learning, EVERFI and Shaw has provided a free virtual education hub that all Canadians can access to support students, parents and teachers with additional virtual education resources for students K-12.
Starting today, you’ll have access to a full suite of self-guided courses for students in grades K-12 on critical topics including financial education, mental wellness, digital wellness and more.
Signing up today (for free) with these four steps:
1. Visit the EVERFI K-12 Family Portal
2. Select your Province and child’s school to create a profile
3. Receive access to all courses available to your school.
4. Check out the learning resource guide here to plan appropriate courses
We will also be scheduling Instagram Live shows on the Kids Up Front Instagram in the coming weeks! If you have any kids or families that have been missing something specific, we can try and set something up. Currently, we have some at home circus skills available to be viewed on our story and will be broadcasting a mini country music concert next Tuesday with Alberta musician Drew Gregory!
